As Vice President of PEC, Mr. Peccia is responsible for the financial management, company policy, and corporate decisions, as well as trenchless design and technical direction. Mr. Peccia works closely with the Construction Operations Manager to assure projects are properly staffed and organized so they are completed efficiently, and quality of construction is maintained. Mr. Peccia has also conducted extensive research on various forms of trenchless construction over the years. From his research and experience, Mr. Peccia has developed a deep knowledge of the industry, products and features, installation processes, and the performance of various products.
