As President and Construction Operations Manager for PEC, Inc., Mr. Peccia is responsible for engineering, planning, and managing field operations for the PEC's Trenchless Division. The Trenchless Division is composed of three crews that provide and install cured-in-place pipe liner, formed-in-place pipe liner, manhole rehabilitation, CCTV inspection and cleaning, and sewer system evaluation services. Mr. Peccia is actively involved in the estimating and bidding of projects. Once a project is obtained, Mr. Peccia is responsible for procuring the necessary materials and equipment, scheduling, organizing and directing crew operations, overseeing the liner installation, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. Mr. Peccia works closely with the client and the field crew to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and the final product exceeds the client's expectations.
