Mr. Harriott has broad management experience and a strong engineering background in both public and private organizations. He has over 30 years of engineering experience in municipal, transportation and research fields As a managing partner in PEC, Inc. he has served as Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quality Control Supervisor for the past five years. At PEC, Mr. Harriott has been instrumental in introducing and overseeing QA/QC programs for the firm's trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects. He has implemented and directed safety programs and drug and alcohol abuse programs for PEC's construction crews. Mr. Harriott has marketed and promoted PEC, Inc. products and services to cities, sewer districts, industry and other agencies, and at public works and engineering conferences.
