As Treasurer for PEC, Inc., Mr. Kerins is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the financial statements and annual income tax forms for the company. Additionally, as a member of the Board of Director's he assists with the development of company policies and overall corporate management. Mr. Kerins is a principal with a consulting firm that deals primarily with clients in the construction and engineering industries.
