Justin Noble
CIPP Wet-out Supervisor / Manhole Rehabilitation Crew leader

Education:
Construction Engineering,
Montana State University, Bozeman MT

Mr. Noble joined PEC as a trenchless team member in January of 1997 and was a prominent member of both the PVC lining and CIPP installation crews. His vast field experience has given him an excellent overall knowledge of the trenchless industry.

In February of 2000, Justin was promoted to the position of wet-out supervisor. His responsibilities include supervising 2 to 3 employees at PEC's wet-out facility, material inventory, and quality control. To date Justin has wet-out in excess of 450,000 LF of CIPP liners ranging in size from 6" to 48" and in lengths up to 1,800 LF.

Justin also acts as PEC's manhole rehabilitation crew leader. He has personally applied Strong Seal cementitious grout to over 300 manholes and has supervised the rehabilitation crew for the last five years, which entailed the rehabilitation of over 300 manholes.

Justin's high standard of workmanship allows him to review manholes that have been completed to insure that they are completed with the highest degree of quality possible.
