As Computer Analyst, Mr. Vetsch is responsible for a variety of functions, including computer programming, installation and maintenance, and web site development and maintenance. Mr. Vetsch possesses exceptional computer skills and knowledge that compliment the project management services of the company and keep the firm abreast of new technological developments. During his time with PEC, Inc. Mr. Vetsch has acquired an intimate knowledge of the trenchless installation process. On numerous occasions, he has conducted on-site visits to projects with installations in progress, documenting and photographing the process for use in company promotional and educational literature and presentations. Mr. Vetsch has attended prebid and preconstruction meetings on behalf of the firm. Mr. Vetsch has represented PEC, Inc. at public works and engineering conferences, giving presentations on trenchless construction. Mr. Vetsch is also involved in the marketing functions of the company, having developed the PEC, Inc. web site and promotional brochure and literature. He maintains and updates the web site on a regular basis and designs company publications.
