Pat Pisarsky

As Superintendent, Mr. Pisarsky is actively involved in the planning, scheduling and coordination of projects. Mr. Pisarsky works closely with team members, owners, engineers, residents and business owners involved in or affected by PEC, Inc. projects to ensure smooth project progress. Mr. Pisarsky has demonstrated the ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently in the field.

Mr. Pisarsky has participated in the installation of over 300,000 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe liner ranging from 6" to 48" diameters. He has installed over 200,000 linear feet of formed-in-place-pipe ranging in size from 6" to 24". He has personally completed or overseen the internal reinstatement of over 12,000 service connections, and over 500,000 linear feet of pipeline cleaning, obstruction removal, CCTV inspection, and evaluation. Mr. Pisarsky has also directed the wet-out process and is experienced in all components of liner production and fabrication.

With an extensive background in electronics, mechanics, and construction practices, Mr. Pisarsky possesses an intimate knowledge of the installation processes and equipment utilized. He has personally operated and maintained remote-controlled CCTV inspection units and cutters, jet/vac trucks, boiler trucks, inversion trucks, and other tools required to complete trenchless projects.
