Mr. Bogard has participated in the installation of over 250,000 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe liner ranging from 6" to 48" diameters. He has personally completed or overseen the internal reinstatement of over 8,000 service connections, and over 350,000 linear feet of pipeline cleaning, obstruction removal, CCTV inspection, and evaluation. Mr. Bogard has also directed the wet-out process and is experienced in all components of liner production and fabrication.

As Superintendent, Mr. Bogard has an intimate knowledge of the lining processes and equipment utilized. He has personally operated and maintained remote-controlled CCTV units and cutters, jet/vac trucks, boilers, inversion trucks, and other tools required to complete trenchless projects. Mr. Bogard possesses exceptional mechanical and electronic skills, which are routinely used to maintain and repair equipment when needed.
